To make the journey of learning about theatre caps fun, we have created an educational video. We have tried to cover various topics such as history, reasons for the change to disposables and the many benefits and advantages of changing to our theatre badge hats along with how they will work in operating theatres. We hope to educate staff whilst keeping them entertained, which can enhance the retention of information.

Education and rationale for new initiatives are imperative when trying to gain engagement and acceptance of the changes made, so we hope that this video helps.
