Speakers

Hannah is President of the College and an Operating Department Practitioner with clinical and academic experience. She is currently Head of College of Health and Care Professions at Birmingham City University where she leads a large academic College focused on the Allied Health Professions. Hannah has research interests in patient safety and in public engagement with science, in addition to her pedagogical work. She has co-edited a number of texts including the 'Perioperative Practice Case Book' and ‘Foundations of Operating Department Practice: Essential Theory for Practice’.
